Big Timber Builders can provide a complete turnkey construction management service in certain areas. This is by far the most popular method chosen by our customers to get their custom home 100% constructed. As a licensed and insured General Contractor, Big Timber Builders will provide the supervisory labor, overhead, and sub-contractor management necessary for all phases of your construction.

This service combines construction management services with your purchase of a Natural Element Homes complete weather-tight shell package, including hiring and paying all suppliers and sub-contractors. A one-year warranty for complete construction is standard along with the Natural Element Homes limited lifetime warranty as per your purchase agreement for a custom Timber Frame Home package, Log Home package, Hybrid Timber package, or a Traditional Home package. Big Timber Builders can provide qualified crew(s) and handle all overhead, management, and insurance requirements.

This service is available in many areas of Tennessee. Although your Natural Element Home is designed to last for generations, proper care and maintenance is essential. Our representative can advise and recommend the right products and services for maximum performance and protection of your home. Big Timber Builders can provide the materials and/or labor for any of the maintenance services.

If you are building outside the Big Timber Builders service area, we can inquire with the Natural Element Signature Builders network and speak on your behalf with builders in your locality. We can provide several potential builders in many areas using the National Association of Home Builders.

Our representative can travel to your site and work with your builder to assure that our pre-designed and manufactured Timber Frame systems, Log Wall systems, SIP Panel systems, and Frame Wall Panel systems are installed correctly.

Big Timber Builders representatives will supply estimated turnkey pricing in your area for the complete construction of your Natural Element Home. These estimates will be helpful in providing you a “ball park” idea of what your home will cost to build. It will also be helpful in your preliminary banking and mortgage needs. If you are in an area outside our service areas, we can coordinate the training of your selected local contractor concerning the installation of your structural shell package. Or, we can assist you in locating contractors in your area for that construction. Big Timber Builders representatives will also be available throughout your construction for any needed consultation or advice concerning your building project.

Our log or timber crew can come to your build site and install the timber systems. Specialty tools, equipment, and experience are included. Take the guess work out of installing these proprietary systems by utilizing our crews.
